Talk with a Doc – “Hospice & Palliative Care” - Dr. Michael Pass

Dr. Michael Pass, a physician with Waynesville Family Practice and the Homestead Hospice and Palliative Care will be presenting the Talk with a Doc seminar Hospice and Palliative Care” on Tuesday, September 19, 2017 at 6 p.m. at the Haywood Regional Medical Center – Café.  Dr. Pass will speak while patrons enjoy a healthy meal. Dr. Michael Pass has been practicing as a family practitioner with Waynesville Family Practice since 1982. He also serves as the Medical Director of the Homestead and Haywood Hospice and Palliative Care. He received his medical degree from Louisiana State University School of Medicine in Shreveport, LA and completed residency at the University of Virginia School. He is board certified by the American Board of Family Practice in Family Medicine and Hospice and Palliative Care.

Watch for additional "Talk with a Doc" seminars this year “Breast Care @ Haywood Regional” to be held on Tuesday Oct 17th with Dr. Allison Johnson and “Winning the War on Lung Cancer” on Tuesday, Nov. 21 with Dr. Scott Skibo.  Seminars typically occur on the 3rd Tuesday of the month February through November.
