Amanda Macfie, AGNP-C Joins Haywood Regional Medical Center

Clyde, NC (March 6, 2024) – Haywood Regional Medical Center (HRMC) welcomes Amanda Macfie, AGNP-C to its staff. She will be offering services in Haywood County and beyond primarily focusing on preventive care, geriatrics, and women's care.
Amanda received a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from The Colorado College and a bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Western Carolina University. She went on to receive her Master of Science in Nursing at Duke University and is now a Certified Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner.
“As a native to Western North Carolina, I’m passionate about healthcare and committed to serving our mountain communities,” shared Amanda. “Whether it's managing chronic conditions, providing preventive care, or offering guidance on maintaining a healthy lifestyle, I am dedicated to delivering personalized and attentive healthcare services to every patient.”
