Haywood Regional Medical Center to Host Free Skin Cancer Screening

Haywood Regional Medical Center, in conjunction with local providers, will host a free skin cancer screening Saturday, June 12, from 9:00 am – 1:00 pm. The event will take place at The Homestead at 127 Sunset Ridge Rd., Clyde, NC, 28721. Walk-ins are welcomed, but RSVPs are encouraged.

If you have a spot you’re concerned about or something has changed over the past year, this free screening is a great opportunity to get things checked out before summer fun in the sun. Local providers currently scheduled to attend include Alison Johnson, MD, Mark Kinter, MD, Alfred Mina, MD, Gina Singleton, MD, Teresa Davidson, PA-C, and Hannah Saville, PA-C. If additional care is needed post-screening, attendees will have the opportunity to make appointments for follow-up.
